N3074V is a beautiful example of the original V-Tail Bonanza. Many upgrades and modifications have been added to enhance its operational capabilities. Owned by a commercial pilot for the past 5 ½+ years, it has been meticulously maintained and is a pleasure to fly!

ENGINE & PROPELLER

• Continental E-225-8 engine. 610 hours since new. Good compressions, 10 gal/hr cruise.

• Beechcraft 215-107/215-213-84 propeller. 610 hours since new
• Recent Inspect and Repair Only As Necessary (IROAN) service
